merged ASIN's for The Same Listing (Help Required)
Since Friday we had 2 ASIN merged (B09TTWKQ3X and B08LTT4XM8) for the same Listing.
ASIN B08LTT4XM8 deleted 2 years ago and was registered under a seperate brand - ASIN B09TTWKQ3X is registered under seperate brand and currently live. Since Amazon has merged the ASIN's customers cannot discover our product and we have lost all the sales for this child ASIN and have 12000 units in stock.
We have created case and had many discussion with the seller support after agreeing to unmerge these ASINS on first place and after providing all the documents amazon has refused to unmerge these ASINS. Our sales and product ranking has dropped ded down.
