Incorrect return reason how to challenge
Sold a set of threads to a customer posted out rm48 they received.
They are looking to return said threads which is fine will take the Hit on the postage but dont want the return postage being lumped onto me.
Their reason wanted a red thread claiming advert was wrongly described and thread is orange. In the descriptions quite plainly states one of the threads is orange.
Refund on first scan has been applied how do i contest the reason to ensure they pay the return postage.
Any guidance much appreciated.

Hi, if it is FBM and sometimes you have to approve the return when you check on it to approve then return than there should be an option where you can give a certain amount to the buyer and state the reason why you did that but I am not 100% sure
