Blocked Unless FBA - FBM Restriction Appeal
Information needed for your Selling on Amazon payment account:
My account was in review from past couple of weeks for documents verification. On 27 January 2020 I received a mail from seller-verification@amazon.co.uk and they stated that :
“Your information is verified – Start selling on Amazon now” but all of my listing status is “Blocked unless FBA”.
When i contact Amazon regarding this issue Amazon replied:
“Hello from Amazon Selling Partner Support,
I understand your concern is regarding your account status.
As I previously mentioned your account was approved by the compliance team under the condition that you only use the Fulfilment by Amazon (FBA) .
There is 46 more days left of this restriction. If you would like to appeal this decision you can reach out to the team directly. Their email address is:
seller-verification-enquiry@amazon.co.uk
Thank you for your patience. Have a nice day.”
I still don’t know why Amazon suspended my FBM. I checked all my performance matrices and all are well in very good standing.
Kindly anyone help me in this situation how to make a appeal or good plan of Action for FBM reinstatement.

Blocked unless FBA usually means that there was an issue with your ODR, in that you were cancelling too many orders or were shipping too many too late or had too high a rate of INR.
You need to identify what the specific issue was in your case and then address that in your POA to show Amazon why they should trust you to go FBM again.

Thank you for your reply, my account all metrics are above standard there is no issue in ODR, cancellation, late delivery etc. This all happened after Amazon ask me to submit documentation for Amazon Payment Account verification. I submitted all documents and Amazon verified my Payment Account. That’s why I am confused now in which issue I represent my POA to Amazon.
