Amazon is lying about on time delivery rate
Don't believe everything they say. We turned our Amazon account off for. 11 of the last 14 days and yet they are still showing on time delivery as 78.05%. Our turnaround from order to shipment lately has been less than 1 day.
I believe Amazon is doing this to get rid of independent sellers. The very same people who helped to build Amazon.
Also check your account balances. Particularly your Account Level Reserve balance. Ours has been vacillating between $39.27 and $3224.00. Anyone else sensing something not quite right going on?
One other note. Amazon Seller Central is doing nothing to help these days. if you have questions about where your money going they can't, won't, answer and then transfer your concern to a department within Amazon that has nobody working in it. I have cases dating back to June 12th of this year asking where our money from sales has gone. Not one answer from anyone at Amazon.
