Merchant Sku already exists message
I am trying to simply replenish some inventory of a certain product, it only seems to be having an issue with just this one product, but I am getting a strange message
((Merchant SKU already exists. Merchant SKUs cannot be reused, even if a previous offer using the SKU has been deleted. Please use a new SKU to create this offer.))
This was a product with FBA and I have sent in inventory before, but now I get this...I contacted support and they gave me the usual, empty cache reload seller central...those have been tried but as I assumed was useless.
So I made the decision and maybe I shouldn't have but to convert this listing to FBM and then to try to convert it back to FBA, and I am still getting this message

Anyone have any advice for me? I can always delete this listing and create a new one...but rather not do that.

I've had this same problem and, unfortunately, after two years, I have never found a solution to it. Amazon lets you create the SKU but it will always show this error when you try to send in inventory. Something gets stuck in their backend and makes them think there is a duplicate SKU.

I wanted to reach out to you to see if you have tried uploading the SKU you want to use again via inventory feed? You may run into errors manually adding it via the 'Add a Product' tool.
If you do continue to run into errors after trying to upload this SKU via a feed (through upload), please work with Selling Partner Support to troubleshoot the error message and provide the batch ID.
- Also share the CASE ID here on the forums with us and we can monitor the case too.
