A refund had been made to a never returned product
We need urgent help from Selling Support Team!
On 6th June for the order ID 503-0013667-8016653 customer send a message that they returned the product and want their refund with a photo of a tracking ıd that it shows the product delivered to United States only. When we check the tracking ıd from Australia Post webpage it says package never reached to them. We explain the customer how the return situation must go that they must ask to us and receive a free return label firstly. We also explain the situation to Amazon with the case ID 2783019583 as "The customer has never requested a refund from Amazon for the product they purchased, and therefore we have never received a refund request. It is not clear why they sent the product back. It is not clear where they sent the product. It is not clear that the tracking code in the delivery detail they sent to us by e-mail belongs to the product we sold. They sent the product themselves, and it is not known whether the product they sent is the product they received from us. In light of all these uncertainties, we should not be expected to refund them." Selling Support team find us rightful and show these proofs if customer open an AtoZ.
But on 14th July we saw that a refund made for this order and never given any information to us from Amazon about the situation. I try to contact again from the same case ID but they do not answer us about the situation because they claim our account is deactivated. Our account deactivation has nothing with this order, deactivation is not because of Australia. This is not the answer we must get, we are not terrorist because our account deactivated that we are not getting any answer or information. The sale we made is a very decent and justified profit, it is not fair for you to give rights to malicious customers and make a decision without thoroughly examining the situation. You don't even question why the customer would pay an extremely high shipping fee for a large package from Australia to America when they can send for free.
Unfortunately, your unlimited A to Z warranty is used unlimitedly by malicious customers and causes them to unfairly get products for free. Please seek the seller's opinion before issuing a refund to a customer.
