you can amend handling time.

In shipping settings you can set it to 2 days max at a global level.

For a longer period it needs to be changed at SKU level in Manage Inventory.

You’d either need to go into each sku and individually change Handling time or do a file upload.

You’d then need to change it back after.

Hello @Seller_hmoRxI6yWNIOH,

Here you can find more information about modifying the handling time in order to adjust it to your time off:

Manage your delivery time > Handling time

Did you manage to change your settings as you wished?

@Seller_ZJhFeE3tNKzfh , thank you for providing an answer !

As others say you would need to amend handling time as appropriate to allow for the time you are away.

With longer handling time you do tend to find orders drop off and you will get less orders.

Personally I always put holiday settings on even for a short break. I find customers don't always realise there is a long delivery time on orders and I wouldn't want to come back to many orders
