My own brand listing has been removed becouse of "misbranding"
My own brand listing has been removed becouse of "misbranding".Seller Support team do not want to pay attention to the case, they just keep saying that my own brand product is "misbranded", and I have to adress this issue through "appeal" in account health page, I do not have any violation, of course. I do not know how to contact account health support team

Does the item show in Account Health->Restricted Product Policy Violations (yet?)
You can try to explain to deaf ears defend there.
Usually it will say something like "This product has been identified as an unapproved or misbranded product. Amazon policy prohibits products marketed to U.S. consumers that are FDA regulated products, such as cosmetics, drugs, or dietary supplements, that do not meet FDA labeling requirements; or are otherwise unapproved for sale in the United States."
However I have NEVER been able to get a listing cleared even though none of what is being claimed is true. In fact the items I fought the false misbranded claims are being sold BY AMAZON in a different package qty. All i ever get back is that CANNED RESPONSE above until you give up the fight, which is what they want.

Selling on Amazon is just the most stressful thing ever. I have never worked with such an incompetent company before. Everything just feels impossible to solve because of their useless support team, what makes it worse is that they can't properly justify their actions.

It's been a month and a half since I had the same problem and so far I haven't had a solution.

This is AI at its best. Amazon just keeps finding ways to make it dissatisfying to sell here. Sorry for your luck with brand registry.

We've also had this issue, months now. We are the manufacturer and seller, and fully brand registered. Branding is correct. Yet...these keep cropping up.
The Brand circle you describe is exactly ours, too. I have said (what seems like) 100 times that "We can't mis-brand our product, we own the brand, and the branding is correct." We've also been told multiple times to send in a copy of the licensing agreement, which we explain we do not have because we are the manufacturer and do not need a license to sell our own product. The suggestion then is invariably "You need to get a licensing agreement." Or "Yes, I see you've called in several times on that" implying, I believe, that I don't have the competence to resolve the issue.
On the FDA warning that Sundance describes, also our same experience with no resolution. I've had the sense a couple of times that the rep wanted me to "just change something." I've tried that, no success.
Same result, nothing has ever been cleared. Not being heard or understood is endlessly frustrating. The resource time is always 2-4 hours just to get to no resolution. Multiply that over multiple issues, weeks and months.
We're very happy to find others with the same experience. I'll be checking back here regularly.

This happened to us. There appear to be big issues with brand registry and Amazon is desperately trying to sort it out.
The new code (bots) they are writing seems to be going wild and taking down big brands.

Greetings @Seller_k5ZTdTUs5jnhm,
Thank you for using the seller forums to obtain help with own brand receiving a miss branding (intellectual property) violation and also thank you to all the sellers interacting here.
In order for your listings to be correctly linked with your brand once you've enrolled in Brand Registry, you must ensure that your seller account is connected to your brand. Have you already done that?
If you believe there has been an error in the violation, you can request a review. Simply submit an appeal through Seller Central along with documentation proving your ownership of the brand.
These are content that can provide you with more information about branding:
The forums community and I are committed to assisting you. Feel free to share how we can support you moving forward. We're here to help in any way we can.
Wish you all the best,
Nikki

We had the exact same issue. It was resolved by providing a LOA authorizing ourselves. I.e. Mfg authorized the seller account. I add the caveat this was some years ago. Protocols might have changed.
