Need Urgent Help with KYC Verification – Company Name Changed, Still Not Verified

Hi everyone,

I’m reaching out to ask for help with our KYC verification on Amazon.

Our company officially changed its name last year. We’ve been operating under the new name since then.

However, during this year’s KYC verification, it seems Amazon's system still displays our old company name, causing a mismatch. We’ve sent all the updated documents multiple times, but we are still not getting verified. The appeal was rejected.

We’ve run out of ideas and options. Our business is being seriously impacted, and we urgently need to get verified to continue selling.

If anyone has experienced something similar or knows how to resolve this, your advice would be greatly appreciated.

Hi i am also having this issue its such a horrible experience happened to me twice now and its just so stressful it does not allow me to get verfieid despite me providing all documentation required and requested by amazon exact.

They are just declining it and when requesting why other then the generic response you recieve. you get little to no help from anyone despite them saying if you need help just message seller support who just repeat whats been said on the performance notification.

I absolutely have no words to say to Amazon other then the fact they put you through stress over and over again with the worst systems in place.

Can someone from Amazon please respond as I've emailed KYC many times they are faster to reply to our rejections but can never reply to our actual emails asking for help so we can work with them on trying to solve the issue.

Its so unfair as a small business we pay our taxes register our business legally not for us to be treated this way!!!!!!
