25b pesticide exemption Issues

We are attempting to reinstate a pesticide product that is exempt from FIFRA regulation. The main ingredient of this product is cottonseed oil, so there is no way we can get an EPA number for it. There is no resolution since Amazon support always responds with a template message and keeps pushing me to provide an EPA number. I have already provided the product label showing the ingredients. Can anyone help me with this, please? I am so desperate.

If this has been completed, we may require supporting evidence such as pictures from all sides of the product and packaging, ensuring the images surrounding the ingredients list is clear and legible. If you are trying to dispute the decision, these images will need to be uploaded to the listing along with providing them on the appeal path in the account health page. This case is where you will provide all images, ingredients, and any supporting evidence that your product meets the mentioned exemptions.

Our review teams should be able to confirm compliance with the documentation, and when reviewing the listing they can confirm the listing also complies to resolve the violation.

I have passed the pesticide quiz, and uploaded clear images of all sides of the product and packaging showing the ingredients. I have provided supporting documents too, But i keep on receiving a template response and received no help at all. CASE ID: 15400843591 and 15280911291
