Customer misunderstood the concept of the product but complained received the wrong item
We faced with the customer who ordered the Pop Mart “Blind-Box” Concept (sealed) which is random by nature but he expect to get the character he wants.
He complain that we sent the wrong item and requested the refund which is unfair! because we sent the right item, he already opened up the sealed package but we lost the product and costs.
What should we do???! So frustrating with this.

Thank you for your post. I understand this is a frustrating situation. Have you applied for a Safe-T claim?
In the future, you may want to consider adding even clearer messaging about the random Blind Box nature of the product to avoid similar misunderstandings.

there is nothing you can do, even if they receive the correct item they can return it back if they dont like it with or without original packing, you should be mentally prepared if you want to sell.
We are facing the issue with undergarment which is world wide non returnable due to hygiene reason but Amazon allow under garment to be return back even after use.
