You currently have limited access to Amazon selling services due to VAT registration

I have created my account and LTD company in Dec 2023, and Amazon allowed me to list the product for sell, but when i purchase inventory and send it to amazon , Amazon team limited my selling access. now my inventory is in stranded though there are 90 days exemption, i think i do care not to violate any amazon policy, but my account is limited access to sale, any guidline to resolve the issue The HMRC gave me 40 days for VAT number

You are meant to have a VAT number before sending stock (if you are required to have one)

If you are not resident in UK, but storing goods here for FBA then you must be VAT registered, and should not have sent stock until you had your VAT number.

Hello @Seller_iw9pie1DxViZ0,

This is Sarah from Amazon.

A big thank you to @Seller_RlZVPg3d6ZUGPand @Seller_ZVAz3d5lZuGidfor sharing their insights.

I confirm the information shared by them: "once you place inventory in the UK, you will be required to be VAT-registered and to upload your UK VAT number to Seller Central within 90 days".

Sharing with you also VAT Services on Amazon if you need additional support on the process.

Regards,

Sarah.
