Allow Amazon to buy my products to sell globally

Im struggling to find out what the actual difference between:

Allow Amazon to buy my products to sell globally

and

Allow Amazon to replicate my deal experience globally.

Can anyone help shed some light?

the way i see it.. if amazon buys from you, then you are only dealing in the UK and your tax responsibilities stay in the UK

if you replicate your deals, either you ship from the UK, or hold FBA stock in the other country, and therefor tax is your responsibility on not amazons. so if you sell a lot you will need to be VAT registered in each country for example!
