Call Me Now button and Schedule a call button not working

I have been trying to get a hold of Amazon for over a month now and the call now button has not been working. The schedule now button allows me to schedule a call but Amazon never actually calls.

I have tried clearing my cache, using multiple different browsers, but nothing ever works. PLEASE HELP! What can I do to get hold of Amazon for an inventory issue.
