Apply my Wire Payment, Mod Help Please!

I sent a same-day wire payment to Amazon 12 days ago. I followed all of the steps provided, including sending an email to merchant-balance @ amazon

After 10 days, I opened the case 17723546801

Can a Mod help? It is critical that this wire is applied to my Seller Central account balance by tomorrow.

CR here again. I did find case #17735982461 which was answered a few hours ago today, 5/14/2025. I can see that this has been escalated internally to the appropriate partner team for further review. Please be patient in receiving a response on this case and follow along there for an update.

Please refrain from opening additional cases with Support for the same issue as this can cause significant delays in resolution. Thank you for understanding.
