Verification Stuck
Hi all!Im a little bit lost at the moment as i'm really struggling with my amazon seller account
For context: Opened my amazon seller account in June after completing all verification, started selling in early august and was going quite well, in October I decided to not continue with the business as it was to much effort for little reward. Mid October as we are starting to slowly sell our remaining products I get a notification asking about extra verification information, which I provide, during this time they make my account inactive until the verification process has been completed, I waited about a week until I got another notification where they are asking for more information such as uploading a copy of my passport and bank statement again, each week it would be different information I had to re-upload, it's now December and the most recent verification has been ongoing for a little under a month (still not being able to sell or withdraw my money since mid October)
I have been in contact with the chat feature where I am always told I will be emailed where they then end the chat if I follow up with any queries.
The emails I receive are generic and not specific to my issue with them saying it will take up to 10 working days to verify my information, I have emailed saying its been more than 10 working days and they replied with something along the lines of 'its our busiest period leading up to Christmas so verification can take up to 10 working days'
I'm very lost on what to do and if there are any other ways to contact someone at amazon to help me with this issue.
They are still charging the £30 seller subscription which I find unacceptable as i'm not able to use my account.
I am not in a situation where I am desperate for the money but if this was someone's full time business then I find it unacceptable that they are playing people like this.
All I wish to do is withdraw my money (enough money to not just give up) and sell my last remaining 8 products.Any help would be appreciated greatly!

I don't think anyone can help with the verification - it just takes as long as it takes. Trust us though, even with full time businesses, it is confusing and difficult to understand what amazon want during verifcation or re-verificaiton.
One thing that I could advise is you can stop the £30 seller subscription by downgrading to the Individual Selling Plan - this will instead see you charged per sale (and with 8 products left that would make sense).

As above, so you don't pay any more fees you need to downgrade the selling plan.
Go to Settings (cog wheel top right) - Account Info - Your Services - Manage. It will say pending until your next monthly payment would have been due, but no more will be taken.

Join the MAMMOTH crowd WBuch, there are millions in the same boat. I have lost an estimated 10-12 thousand pounds as they (FOR NO REASON) suspended my sales/account for verification, so far 3 weeks of lost Xmas sales!!!! After 15 years! They are also sitting on MY MONEY (£2,600) and won't pay out. I am spitting nails! Verification could be attained in 48 hours, but that is not in their interest. Making money from OUR money is! They jail a thief for stealing a thousand pounds, while this goes on in plain sight stealing BILLIONS! This is criminal on every count.
