I'm selling a product where various listing have 'Trade Mark' (not the actual brand but the 'fake' branding).

I dont want to send the products FBA before knowing whether the current and only seller has a trade mark on the product. Is it worth listing as FBM as a 'test' to see if there's an infringement?
