Account Deactivated - stuck in a loop
Hello,
Im stuck in a loop here
1. Account deactivated due to product issue - submitted all info and docs required (invoices from authorized distributor)- Amazon came back and replied 'not enough information' .
I want to escalate and maybe go in to mediation, how do I go about this? as even raising a case note I get a auto reply from Amazon to check performance notification and reactivate from their which goes me back to #1.
