settlement end period funds keep changing/disappearing
I keep getting settle funds will be available on Feb 4th, then a hour later it goes to 0. This is the 2nd time this week, that I have noticed, that this has happened. Is this a glitch?

Have you tried to reach out to Seller Support to see if they can provide you with some guidance from their end? If you have not already done so, that would be the next best step here.
