The Amazon reactivation policy is misleading. It makes you believe that there is a person there actually reading your appeals and you can convince the person of something.
You cannot.
The answer is simple, Remove the linked account. If you do not recognize it, there is no path to reinstate your account.

Hello @Seller_Ykv2FmdcOErj3,
Thank you for posting on the Seller Forums.
I see that your account has been deactivated for the multiple accounts policy and you have questions about how to address this.
This type of deactivation can occur when personal or business information is shared between 2 accounts and one of them becomes deactivated. You do not have to own the other account for a link to be established between them.
If you do not recognize the other account you will be asked to provide an explanation of why you believe we incorrectly detected that you are related to, or associated with, the other account.
I would like to ask some questions to help identify how the accounts could have been linked:
-Have you ever helped anyone with their selling account or has anyone helped you with yours?
-Has anyone else ever had access to your account? (friends, family, employees or ex-employees)
-Have you noticed any unauthorized access to your account?
If you are unable to prove that the accounts are no longer related, we cannot guarantee a resolution of this issue.
I look forward to learning more. Once you have reviewed the information and questions above, please feel free to respond here. The Forums community are here to support you.
Wishing you the best,
LeviDylan
