KYC Rejected - Request for Appeal

Hello, dear Amazon audit team.

We wrote to consult about the suspension of our account due to KYC verification failure. Here are some situations:

1. On April 17, I submitted the KYC audit materials on the German site, but I have not received the audit approval email. I thought the audit would take a long time.

2. On May 1, I received an email notification saying that my account was deactivated due to KYC audit failure. I checked the performance notification of the German site again and still did not receive a notification. Then, I clicked on the UK site to check and found that Amazon has been sending notifications on the UK site. Because I have been operating on the German site, I thought I would be notified on the German site, which I did not expect.

3. On May 7, I carefully read the performance notification sent to me by the UK site, and resubmitted the materials required for the audit. I sent an appeal email to cn-seller-verification-enquiry@amazon.co.uk, and the attachment included the materials required for KYC audit, but I have not been replied to yet.

4. There is no entry for submitting information in the Amazon backend. When I followed Amazon's instructions, I clicked Reactivate My Account on the homepage, entered the account status page, and clicked Reactivate My Account again to enter the KYC information submission page, but there was no entry for submission. It showed that the verification failed and we failed to verify the information you provided. If you have any other questions, please contact sales partner support. But I can't contact Amazon seller support online. I can only email Amazon seller support. On May 16, I sent an email of the appeal letter to Amazon seller support again, hoping to get a reply as soon as possible to review and reply to my account sales.

If there is a problem with the information we submitted, we can resubmit it and make sure all the information is true and reliable.

We are just a small seller, we know that we must comply with Amazon's policies, but now our account has been deactivated. We can't resubmit any information. Please help us reactivate the submission entry.
