Featured Offer is not coming back
Hi everyone,
We have been selling on Amazon for almost 2 years. Recently we had to cancel some order, after cancelation of the orders our Pre-fullfillment Cancel Rate gone above the target and we lost all the buyboxes we had. Cancelation rate went back to normal after 1 week later but we do not have any buybox since then. It has been 1 month today and still 0% of buybox. We used to have 50%.
Our Account Health looks very normal and all the performance metrics are below the targets but still there is not any featured offer in our account.
Late Shipment Rate: 0%
Pre-fulfillment Cancel Rate: 0%
Valid Tracking Rate: 100%
Order Defect Rate: 0.63%
Policy compliance: Healthy - 208
We opened a case to Seller Support but we could not get any usefull comeback (ID: 14950661331)
Are there anyone to help me out of this trouble ? @CR_Amazon

There is probably other sellers with better account health than you getting the buy box now.

How do I become eligible for the Featured Offer?
Featured Offer eligibility is based on a variety of factors that can affect the customer experience. These factors are evaluated for all sellers, even if you are the only seller. Below are a couple of examples:
Metrics: Your Order Defect Rate, Cancellation Rate, and Late Shipment Rate are metrics that help determine eligibility—the better you perform, the higher your chances are of becoming Featured Offer eligible. You can see how you're doing on the Account Health page.

1- Price your items competitively
2- Offer faster shipping and free shipping (Note: Products with faster estimated delivery times are also more likely to be the featured offers on product detail pages)
3- Provide great customer service
4- Keep stock available.

a) First, check eligibility
b) Then, in Seller Central, go to your Manage Inventory page and then click Preferences
c) Select Featured Offer (Buy Box) Eligible, and at the bottom of the page, click Save Changes
d) The Featured Offer (Buy Box) Eligible column will display the status for each of your ASINs
How can I drive sales without the Featured Offer?
- Use high resolution images with clear detail.
- Include key features with benefits listed in your bullet points.
- Make sure your product is classified in the right category for easier discovery through browsing.
- Research the competition as you develop a compelling price point.
- Follow up each order with great customer service.
- Offer free shipping, which can encourage buyers to come back to Amazon.
