All listings across europe blocked whilst updating a flat file

We recently uploaded listings to a few new markets in Europe via flat file, I noticed after we did a few markets that our UK listings would turn to FBM and I would need to turn them back even though we never edited listings in the UK.

Well today all the listings in every EU market for the same product were made inactive due to 'Request selling approval for policy compliance

Reason: Product requires approval to sell'

However when we click this it says We are not accepting applications to sell:

Other product(s)

Other Grocery category in Used, Refurbished, Collectible condition(s)

Our brand is a small brand selling a unique flour that we manufacture ourselves and are brand registered for.

We previously gained approval to sell in this. (it is our brand but we still had to apply)

We have sold these listings for almost a year with no issues.

Seller support havent got a clue as normal and give same robotic responses.

Has anyone had a similar issue and could anyone give us ANY guidance on which way is best to direct our efforts in getting this fixed?

This will probably be costing us around £1000 a week in lost revenue, let alone rank which took a year to grow.

Hello @Seller_rDfXkwDcswJrD,

Let me share this article with you: Selling Applications FAQ

There is a section which applies to your situation.

I was already selling this product, but now I can’t. Why?

As our catalogue grows, we continuously make new determinations for which products should be restricted based on a number of factors. Even if you were selling your product before, you may be subject to new restrictions for the following reasons:

  • We have placed new restrictions on existing products that either require you to qualify or that we’re not accepting the applications currently.
  • You have received a performance notification related to your product and are required to provide additional information before you can sell it again. You can view these notifications through your Performance Notifications or your Account health page.

I hope this helps.

Regards, Spencer
