Amazon's Inaction Shutting Down Our Business - Urgent Escalation Needed!

we are facing a devastating situation that could lead to the permanent closure of our business within 21 days, and Amazon's support team is failing to take the necessary action.

Have you tried reporting this as Abuse using the online form.

Go to Account Health then Report Abuse then select 'Another seller account is attempting to harm my business'

Describe your issue the best you can and then submit the form. It should go to the right department then to look at.

Still no guarantees that it will get resolved but it is the correct route for reporting this issue.

Maybe only send yourself, not FBA, and restrict to 1 ietm per Order, so at least they have to order many times, or diffeent items

When you say your entire inventory was it all purchased at a reasonable price ie you did not leave competitve pricing on so they reduced your prices before buying? Or are you assuming they will get it all and then return it.

What is it that you are selling?

TRY USING AMAZON WEBCHAT, IT IS BETTER THEY CAN'T HANG UP ON YOU AND THEY CAN TRANSFER YOUR CALL IF NEEDED TO ANOTHER DEPARTMENT.

I found the most effective way of getting something sorted out was to escalate the issue to Amazon UK boss' department.
