Amazon-Partnered Carrier is unavailable
Hello I recently updated my ship from address and now I am no longer able to use. Amazon Partnered Carrier Program, everything seems fine until I go to finally confirm the order and then it hits me with an error and says to check the ship from address. I have attempted to use my previous ship from address and then I have gotten a new error saying:

[Carrier: Amazon-Partnered Carrier ] Amazon-Partnered Carrier is unavailable because the box weights or dimensions for one or more of your shipments are not within the allowable range for Amazon partnered carriers
These are the same boxes I have always shipped with and are within Amazons Partnered Carrier .

Is the issue of " Partnered carrier unavailable for these LTL shipments" being greyed out still happening for you? This has been happening to me since SEP 27. Everyday since then, I've tried to redo / rearrange shipments and tried different browsers but the issue still persists. The LTL freight gets assigned to Visalia CA, and HSV1 Madison, AL What have you done to solve this issue?
I have NO idea what casusing this? FC overload, Amazon bug/glitch...

We have the exact same issue. No more amazon partnered carrier available. We have been using them for 10 years. What is happening??

Boxes are 36 pounds and 12" cubes.
I sent in a feedback report but I'm alarmed that this was first happening 4 days ago!!

I'm just coming across this thread and wanted to see if Amazon-Partnered Carrier is still unavailable for you? I took a further look into your case 16222933141 and see that the internal team provided some troubleshooting steps - did these help resolve the issue?

Receiving this same issue again. It comes up randomly and once it comes up, the shipment is toast and you are forced to send LTL.
This issue needs to be taken more seriously internally. it's happened now *randomly* on like 4-5 shipments starting a month ago and there is no "fix" for it once it happens -- your stuck sending LTL.
