Buying RM labels though Amazon poor quality

I’ve been buying labels through Amazon the EVRi labels are no to bad. But when i purchase the Royal Mail Labels they are very poor quality to the point the the barcode can’t be scanned. I’ve had to resort to buying the labels though RM web site and they print out perfect when i do that. I’ve tried all sorts of setting on my label printer and just does not like amazon labels. Its as if they are a low resolution and pixelated. My printer is a Zebra TLP2844 and used fine for lots of years even works OK on eBay site to print labels.

Or do other people have issues with poor quality RM labels. could do with some help please. As this is not good for my VTR as the new VTR has started rolling out and my ratio is going down. Lucky i’ve had no complaints yet from customers. Only amazon complaining that items are not getting scanned.
