Have a GTIN Exemption for one category, but won't let me add another.

I cannot seem to find where to go to apply for a different GTIN exemption. The page that tells me how to do it doesn't work. It just adds a new product without giving me the option to request GTIN exemption. Please god help me

Greetings @Seller_itKMvExKga2hE,

I will be happy to provide the steps for applying for a GTIN exemption.

  1. Go to Catalog > Add Products, and select the I'm adding a product not sold on Amazon. Choose the category and product type for which you want to request a GTIN exemption.
  2. In the Product Identity section, in the Brand name field, enter the brand name. For unbranded items and bundles, select This product does not have a brand name checkbox.
  3. Next, select the I don't have a Product ID checkbox and click Continue. If an exemption is required the ‘GTIN exemption application’ link will surface.
  4. Click Apply now and complete the application form. If your product is not eligible for exemption, you will not be able to continue further.
  5. Click Submit

I should note, there are some prerequisites that must be met prior to applying for a GTIN exemption, you can find out more about that here.
