Lost inventory/inventory available
Many questions but will try and keep this down to 2 questions. FBA lost 25/30 for one shipment and right now, a closed shipment is showing 0/30 located-but I haven't been reimbursed for this shipment. I was reimbursed for the lost 25/30...then they did a reversal for part of that reimbursement. I have opened a case but now I'm in a huge bind as I have so many of my products in receiving/checked in/etc....but showing I barely have any inventory available to sell. Right before black friday week! help

Hello @Seller_7b3TzRzE3CLi1, sometimes Amazon will reverse a reimbursement if it was incorrectly issued or if the missing item is later found and returned to your inventory. I would be happy to investigate what happened in your case. What is the case ID you have opened with Seller Support?
