FBM order Return to Sender UPS package sent to Amazon Warehouse in Hebron, KY

The buyer did not receive the initial package we sent to her, and requested a replacement. We resent the package per her request using Amazon Buy Shipping Service - UPS Ground Saver to ship a package from our warehouse in DE to a customer in GA UPS tracking number 1ZK100A4YN58944553

The buyer did not wait patiently and filed an a to z claim and got full refund back. The package was then refused and returned back to the sender. We assumed we would get the package back, as we were the sender of the package. Our return address is shown on the label. However, the package was sent to Hebron, KY, an Amazon warehouse there instead of our return address on the label. I created a support case # 17000204491 and the case was transferred to the claim department where they denied my claim. I just want to see what I can do to possibly get the package delivered to Amazon warehouse back to me, as the order was fully refunded to the customer from our fund, and the product was sent to Amazon warehouse. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you very much!
