cannot apply for an account with ACCS

I've been selling on Amazon Japan for over a year, and am preparing to open an account on Amazon US. I'm thinking of using the ACCS service, but I can't register my bank account because I get the error "Failed to verify new bank account." I contacted the customer center and they told me to try again after entering my tax payment information, so I did. I still get the same error.

My bank account is with a major Japanese bank. (It's the same account I use to receive my Japanese sales.)

Does anyone know how to solve this?

I see that your tax information is verified and complete so you should be able to add a bank account.

Can you do me favor and create a regular support case (not a chat one) and then share the case ID here with me so that I can escalate the issue on my end.
