Liquidated item without option for return
Please help... An item was liquidated and usually I at least get an option for return. For this particular item, I saw it in my queue for only two or three days and each time I tried to get it returned to me I could not.. The option was nulled out "N/A". Then it disappeared and was liquidated. Seller support is being no help at all. Can one of the representatives checking the boards help? Btw, what happened to seller support via the phone? Did that end?

Hi @Seller_de5LIp99hFbpo, to clarify, were you trying to remove inventory that was liquidated? Have you spoken to Seller Support? If so, could I have the case ID?
Has the option for phone support reappeared for you?
