As a buyer - Amazon has not refunded me for $500+ of returns
Anyone else experiencing this scam?
Under your returns it says return issued. But in your Amazon wallet and your credit card, no return ever issued. I feel like they do this A LOT, and just process the returns for those who notice and write in.

Anyway, I'm going to find the time to get on Support with Amazon and see whats what. I will post back here what happens. It's all about finding the time, I know it's going to take at least an hour.

I returned a couple of items in November that totaled ~$600. Refund occurred on first scan (UPS store), BUT, the refund went to a gift card. Just finished using it up yesterday.

be sure when you return anything you purchase off amazon to use amazon provided return postage.
if you return any order using your own method of shipping and do not update the tracking confirmation of your return manually you will not be refunded.

Unless you request that your refund be applied to the original charging method AMAZON will issue you a virtual gift card with the refund as its balance which FORCES you to spend the "refund" on AMAZON when clearly after your and My experience that is the LAST place I would continue to shop!
