Request for Refund and Confirmation of Account Deletion​

Dear Amazon Support Team,

I am writing to request a refund for my Amazon Seller Professional account. I recently deleted my account and am now unable to log in to initiate the refund process.

Recent Charges:

Account Type: Professional Selling Plan ($39.99/month)​

Amazon Internet Services - $24.98 (Feb 4, 2025)​

Amazon Marketplace Payment - $39.99 (Feb 16, 2025)​

As I did not utilize the seller services and have now closed my account, I kindly request a refund for the charges incurred. Please confirm the processing of this refund and that my account has been permanently deleted.

this is just a forum, you would need to email or contact seller support. Given you can actually post on the form, your account isn’t actually deleted so you should be able to do open a case with seller support.

Given you are quoting in dollars, I’d also note this is the UK forum, is it an Amazon Europe account you are querying?

this is just a forum, you would need to email or contact seller support. Given you can actually post on the form, your account isn’t actually deleted so you should be able to do open a case with seller support.

Given you are quoting in dollars, I’d also note this is the UK forum, is it an Amazon Europe account you are querying?
