As usual I am having to reach out here because I am unable to get help anywhere else.

If this is the case, surely all of our other products wouldn't have the featured offer enabled?
All of our other products have featured offers enabled. Nothing has changed and we are the only seller on those ASINs as they are brand registered

I'm afraid, even tagging forum mods will not have any effect either - it's all done by algorithm and your answer is in the message: "The buybox is not guaranteed for any listing as it is assigned by the automated system based on eligibility." and "qualification doesn't mean that the buybox is guaranteed. The system would assign it automatically based on evaluation." and they're not going to tell you why !! - "Our program is Privileged and Confidential (P&C), hence we cannot provide information on the reason for loss of qualification."
