policy violation warnings on safe t claims when claim value is bigger than usual, need suggestions.
I have been selling since february and have my claims are generally in the range of 200 to 350 Rs
I have now added some items which range higher and now when i receive fake products, the claim value is higher for those particular asins in the range of 500-700. Now all these claims gets rejected in the name of policy violation and I get zero claims and the loss i have suffered is almost 2000-3000 Rs. this is when i am doing just 400 orders a month. I would like to hear from others and how they are handling this situation
