Urgent: Unjust Removal of Seller Feedback and Product Ratings
Dear Amazon Seller Partner Support,
I am writing to bring to your immediate attention a serious issue that I have now experienced three times. On each occasion, buyers have left genuine seller feedback on my account, only for it to be removed automatically within one minute. This is deeply concerning and damaging to my credibility as a seller.
Additionally, I have observed the same issue with one of my product listings (ASIN: B097K8JS7R). This listing previously had 73 ratings, but I recently noticed that 5 ratings were removed all at once, without any explanation or notification from Amazon.
I am attaching screenshots for your reference that clearly show the rating count before and after the drop.
I respectfully request a clear explanation for the removal of this feedback and these ratings. If this is part of any internal review process or due to policy enforcement, I expect a proper justification. If not, I must assume it to be a technical error or misuse, which is directly impacting my business.
If I do not receive a proper and timely response, I will be left with no choice but to file a formal police complaint (FIR), along with all supporting proof. I believe I have the right to protect my business and reputation on this platform.
Please look into this matter urgently and provide clarity.
