Now that the strike is over and mail being delivered.
1. Can you confirm if refund adjustments are in play for all A-Z 's that are now being delivered?
2. Any plans to adjust Order Defect Rate (ODR) on delivered packages? While ebay created a fair system to protect its sellers during this strike - Amazon CA did absolutely nothing for us but there is still time to make it right.

Feedback comment: I wanted to make return , the company is a Canadian company. Canada Post is on strike. They sent a Canada Post label , i asked for another delivery service provider label ,They sent UPS label, but deduct the cost of the UPS delivery from return money , I tried talking to them but they closed the account. Very poor Service very difficult to deal with. I still haven’t been able to return it.

It is standard that a return is automatically given an unpaid Canada post label by amazon. they reached out to us about it and we said we would still accept it back after the strike or we could also provide them with another alternative of the UPS label. They accepted the alternative and then proceeded to file an A to Z claim asking for a refund as well as Canada post was on strike. thankfully the a to z got denied but then they chose to write this feedback because the a to z got denied. we never closed our chat to them, the a to z was just closed. we provided them with alternative options but they still chose to give feedback based on the fact they could not send the package back Canada post.
