Canada Post Strike (Feedback Removal Requests)

Hello Canadian Sellers,

We have green light in the removal of negative feedback in regard to the current situation of the Canada Post Strike, we are still looking into all other factors and observations made by you all within the creative content I made last week about this same topic.

I would need from you all the following details:

Canada Post was our primary carrier for return shipments. During the recent Canada Post strike, customers were required to choose alternative carriers such as Purolator, UPS, or FedEx, which are significantly more expensive(cost 3 times more than Canada Post). We believe this increased shipping cost for returns is the reason of the negative seller feedback.

Please help us to take a look at this negative feedback.

@Daryl_AmazonWhat is the current situation on this? When do you expect the negative feedbacks will be removed?

Also, is there anything being done about the A-to-z claims affecting the seller's ODR due to the strike? It's bad enough I had to give over $6,300 in refunds so far, but to have the seller ODR affected by something that was out of our control is totally unfair.

With my account currently at risk of deactivation due to this problem, and the ODR at 1.9%, Amazon has stripped the buy box away from all of my listings as "punishment". This will result in little to no sales, which will further impact the ODR percentage. Do I really have to wait 2 months and lost sales before this situation will correct itself? This is not right. Please help us!

Also, is there anything being done about the A-to-z claims affecting the seller's ODR due to the strike? It's bad enough I had to give over $6,300 in refunds so far, but to have the seller ODR affected by something that was out of our control is totally unfair.

With my account currently at risk of deactivation due to this problem, and the ODR at 1.9%, Amazon has stripped the buy box away from all of my listings as "punishment". This will result in little to no sales, which will further impact the ODR percentage. Do I really have to wait 2 months and lost sales before this situation will correct itself? This is not right. Please help us!
