Top Tips to Reinstate Your EPR Single-Use Plastics Deactivated Listings

If your listings are deactivated due to non-compliance with Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) requirements: Single-Use Plastics in Germany, they will remain non-sellable until you provide the required information in the Account Health Dashboard. Once the mandatory information you provided is validated, you can reinstate your listings using one of the two methods below:

Method 1: Manual Reinstatement

  1. Go to your German Seller Central
  2. From the menu, go to Inventory, then select Manage All Inventory
  3. Find your inactive listing and click Edit in the rightmost column
  4. Without making any changes, click Save and Finish
  5. Click Done in the popup window
  6. Your listing should become active within one hour

Note: If your listing does not have any further enforcements and manual reinstatement did not work, use the bulk reinstatement method below.

Method 2: Bulk Reinstatement

Step 1: Generate Inactive Listings Report

  1. Go to Inventory Reports and select Inactive Listings Report from the dropdown menu
  2. Then click on Request Report
  3. Once ready, download and save the file

Step 2: Prepare the Inventory Loader File

  1. Download the Inventory Loader Template (English only)
  2. Fill in the template:
  • Copy relevant information from your Inactive Listings Report
  • Consult the Data Definitions tab for guidance on completing each field
  • Save the completed file as a tab-delimited text file (.txt)

Step 3: Upload Your File

  1. Navigate to Add Products via Upload
  2. Select Upload Your Spreadsheet
  3. Upload your file:
  • Click Browse Files and locate your .txt file
  • Click Open
  • Enter your email address for notifications
  • Click Upload File

After uploading, you'll receive an email confirmation when the process is complete.

If your listing do not have any further enforcement issues and you encounter blockers in the reinstatement process please contact Selling Partner Support.
