Can't verify my address
I upgraded to professional selling plan and had to go thru identity check. everything is complete but address verification. when i go to address verification page it says “we need some additional information before you can confirm this address” and doesn’t let me confirm recipient name so they can send a postcard to verify my address. I contacted support and chatted them about it they couldn’t find a solution in 1 week and the case is still pending amazon action. they told me some bs answers like you can go to address verification page and confirm your address. they are not helping me. it says i have to solve this in 3 days or my account will be deactivated. I will attach a screenshot of the error message.
