Product Details - Product Description is not updating! HELP!
Hello,
I am new to the Seller's community. I have been trying to update my product description for weeks now. It just won't update to the new text after save and finish. I have tried so many times already.
I contacted the support and I basically wasted over an hour talking to them while they were sending me from one assistant to another. And then finally one of them said that "he updated the product description" and it will show up in 24h. That was a complete lie. Next time I checked - it's still the same old description. I have no idea why it won't just update. It's so incredibly frustrating and time consuming. Can anyone give me any advise on what I should do?

Did YOU create that listing? And you want to change just the description, not the title?

I'm facing the same thing right now with photos.
It may maybe that there are contributions from an older SKU if you changed the SKU over the years and those need to be removed by file upload to delete all contributions for that SKU.
