Changes to the Amazon Services Europe Business Solutions Agreement

Just received the email from Amazon with the following and link to the URL.

Changes to the Amazon Services Europe Business Solutions Agreement

"We are making the following change to the Amazon Services eBusiness Solutions Agreement. This change will go into effect on February 15, 2023 .

Section 3 of the General Terms will be updated to add new clause (d), which allows Amazon to suspend or terminate your account or this Agreement immediately if your Account Health Rating falls below our published thresholds for deactivation."

Looks we are on the verge of suspension in a month’s time :), as the ODR will eventually rise with 60 days time window moving ahead (orders dried beyond December). We are pretty sure Amazon will not protect any Account Health or ODR due to negative feedback from customer without even contacting the seller due to December Royal Mail strikes package delays, orders have dried after December.
