Has anyopne had any luck contacting the "drtax-strategic@amazon.it" <drtax-strategic@amazon.it> directly, or a phone number to speak to anyone from this agency?

We have been trying for months to reactive an account, have contact multiple Account Health agent, raised multiple tickets, emailed the address multiple times, but it seems impossible to get any information from this team at all.

Does the team even exist? How are sellers meant to understand requirements, when the Account Healthy specialists aren't privy to any information due to "confidentiality" but then we cant speak to those with information.

It seems insane that sellers aren't able to speak to this team directly to get help.
