Hello

ASIN B0BQ8NDLDL in the Amazon Canada Marketplace was removed from the catalogue as the brand name was incorrectly listed as GENERIC instead of DEWALT. I have tried to reinstate the listing, but am unable to because the system doesn't allow me to recreate the listing with the correct name - it expects me to create it with the incorrect brand name GENERIC.

I didn't create the detail page originally, but am trying to fix it, but to no avail. I put in a request to change the brand name on my end to fix it:

Current Brand Name: Generic

Proposed Brand Name: DEWALT

Current Title: "Dewalt compact series"

Proposed Title: "DEWALT DCK4050M2 20V MAX XR Brushless Combo Kit 4-Tool with Two (2) 4Ah Batteries, Charger and Bag"

I reached out to Seller Support via CASE ID 15264591011, but of course I am getting non-stop generic replies as always. Is it really become impossible to fix an obvious brand name and title error in 2024? Any suggestions?

In the past, Moderator @Daryl_Amazon was able to connect me to a catalogue specialist to get it fixed - which was amazing. Unfortunately he seems to be on holidays or has left the company (hasn't replied to any posts for a month now). Is there any other Moderator who can look into this for me?
