Amazon asking for shipment by Boxing Day
We don't 'opt out' of Boxing Day, which Amazon states is a Bank Holiday, so it is not a shipping day for us.
Any ideas why we are receiving orders to be shipped today? Surely the 27th should be the shipping date?

Here Simon from Amazon.
Even though the Bank Holiday you are referring to is already passed, I just wanted to check with you whether you have the shipping settings for bank holidays properly set in the system.
Bank Holidays are not considered as operating days, unless you override it.
Please refer to the Manage Holiday Settings help page in order to avoid issues for the 2024 bank holidays.
