Lost access to primary account login
I'm unable to access the primary account because the mobile number linked to it, necessary for two-factor authentication (2FA), belongs to a former employee who no longer works for the company. Despite multiple attempts to resolve this issue by submitting my driver's license, I've been promised a response within 5 business days each time, but no one has reached out. This problem has persisted for three months without any progress. Has anyone encountered a similar situation, and if so, how was it resolved?
As a result we cannot update banking information or get access to brand registry.
