Canada, Classified as Class II Medical Device and Request for Medical Device License (MDL)
Three of our listings in Canada Marketplace were Classified as Class II Medical Devices. It's been two months now, and our listings are still down, and we're unable to sell them.
We have sent numerous appeals, and all we have received is that they have been reviewed by the Internal Team, days become weeks and now it has been 2 months already. Our product is not a medical device, and we make no such claims. Before listing, our legal consultant thoroughly reviewed the product for potential Amazon policy violations and confirmed its compliance. We asked Amazon what triggers the issue and we got no response about it.
It has been 2 months that we have not been able to sell our products but we are seeing multiple pages in the Amazon catalog that sell the same product as ours.
I kindly asked that this case be escalated to ensure a prompt response.
