Authorized to sell a brand NEED HELP

We have recently got a new product line in, all under the same brand. We are the exclusive distributor now in the UK, and have a contract with the manufacturer to that effect, but when we list the products we get a blue message saying that we do not have authorization to sell this brand. I have filled in the form but it has been rejected, now they are asking for the title etc. I don't want to have to do this individually as there are 18 different products, I need to be brand approved so I can sell anything under that brand. They won't even accept the contract we have with the supplier as viable brand auth. What do I do here?
