I am havinga hard time sending my first shipment in for amazon FBA because I have 2 types of shipment boxes with different quantity.
My shipment has 2 boxes with 13 units in it and 2 boxes with 12 units in it. The shipment is for the same sku but everytime I try to add these as two separate templates amazon algorithm accepts only one of them not both together. If I create two separate templates for 13 and 12 units it only acknowledges one at a time and if I try to put one package template and the other as individual units it still gives me an error saying "An error occured with this sku. Please remove the SKU from this shipping plan and re-add it.
I have tried deleting the entire workflow and trying the whole shipment anew but it keeps giving me this same error. Kindly help.

If you are still facing this blocker I recommend opening a support case with the screenshots of these templates so our support team can best advise with how to fix.
