Amazon Rep Support Required - Master Account is blocked and can't distribute user permissions

Hi, I understand that these forums are for sellers but if an Amazon rep could please answer, with steps to help, that would be appreciated. More than happy to hear from any other sellers who might be able to help in anyway too.

We're an Amazon Brand with Brand Registry and multiple user accounts. Recently our master login account (accounts@) cannot login to Amazon, and we need access to this account to distribute new user permissions for several of the other accounts.

When we try to login, a password reset email is received (every time) - we reset the password (every time), enter the OTP code and then (every time) receive a message saying "There was a problem - Sorry, you've made too many failed attempts. We blocked your password reset to protect it against unauthorised access. Please contact Amazon Customer Service".

We've tried (several times) to contact Amazon Support - and every time we are advised to log into the account and open a case - but we can't, it's blocked!

We've tried opening cases on some of the other accounts we have - every time it ends up being the same answer, you'll have to login to the account we can't access!

We just need someone from Amazon, who understands the issue and can help please. More than happy to provide copy certification, IDs and setup documents to re-gain access to our master account, but it seems impossible (so far) to get this understood?

The ONLY way you will get an Amazon forum mod to see your post is by tagging some of them in - otherwise they will never see it.
